In today's affirmations and EFT session, I'm using the affirmation - I'm beautiful and everybody loves me.
This is an affirmation I learned from the great and wonderful Louise Hay.
This affirmation helped me to feel loved and more confident at a time when I was feeling very low and had very little self-confidence.
