Stress and tension are common symptoms related to ADHD - Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.

You can use EFT tapping - Emotional Freedom Techniques to help relieve stress and tension.

Set-up tapping the side of the hand: I'm tapping to release this stress. I'm tapping to release this feeling.

Top of the head: This feeling

Forehead: This stress

Eyebrow: This tension

Side of the eye: Release

Under the eye: This feeling

Under the nose: This stress

Under the mouth: This tension

Collarbone: Release

Side of the hand: Release

Take a deep breath in and slowly release
